Mossop Construction + Interiors

Osscon partnered with Mossop Constructions + Interiors to deliver the FRP package for the new Wattle Range Council Offices in Millicent, SA.

We constructed a 1,600 m² raft slab for the main building and 2,000 m² of external pavements, showcasing our capability on large-format concrete works and premium civil and landscaping concrete finishes.

A key feature of the project was the accurate installation of 30+ hold-down bolt sets for the CLT timber column structure—set out with absolute precision utilising our internal survey capabilities to ensure a flawless fit for the mass timber superstructure.
